About Us
Working for the William Sonoma brand since 2013, Jennifer closed those doors and started Santini Design Group in 2020. With the amazing clientele she built while working for the large national furniture company she tirelessly grew her business from furnishing and styling to eventually being a part of the design process of remodels, starting with kitchens and bathrooms. In 2021, Pam joined the team to assist Jennifer with styling projects so that she could provide the level of service our clients deserve in managing the remodel projects. In 2023, the remodel projects became in high demand. Joseph Santini earned his general contracting license and joined SDG full-time. Fast forward to 2024, SDG is now a licensed, bonded, and insured full-service general contracting company that provides expert interior design services.
Joseph Santini
President
Joseph is the co-owner and President of Santini Design Group.
Joseph started his career in construction at the age of 13, working weekends and summers at his father's steel shop back in his hometown of Boston. He came to Arizona to attend ASU and earned a degree in construction management in 2003. Joseph spent 20 years working in commercial construction with one the largest roof structure companies in Arizona. He started as a sales engineer and finished his career there as VP of Client Relations.
After helping his wife on several remodel projects and watching her grow the business he decided it was time to join SDG and help elevate the business as well as our customer's homes or office spaces.
When Joseph is not grinding it out and working with our trade partners to provide POMG (Peace of Mind Guaranteed) to our awesome clients you will find him hanging out with his 5 great kids, enjoying a nice dinner with Jennifer, and hiking Camelback Mountain every Sunday rain or shine.
Jennifer Santini
Founder and Principal Designer
Jennifer is the Co-Owner and Principal Designer at Santini Design Group.
Jennifer is a timeless designer. She believes it's important to select colors and textures for your home so that you won’t feel like it's dated in a few years and needs to be replaced.
Working with Pottery Barn she worked with all types of clients and budgets. No project or budget is too large or small to take on. After working in the furniture industry for seven years both in Boston and Arizona she decided to branch off and create SDG.
Since 2020, she has grown the business from furnishing clients’ spaces to fully remodeling their homes.
In 2023 her husband Joseph joined the team and got his General Contracting license and now they are taking SDG to the next level.
When Jennifer is not working she is a full-time mom of our five children. She enjoys exercising and traveling to cool places, and is a huge Swifty!!
Pam Boskie
Lead Designer
Pam is an interior design specialist that draws on years of retail and custom project experience to craft spaces that match client personalities, styles, and desires. She combines professional knowledge, an eye for detail, and ascetic insight to fashion rooms that are beautiful and functional.
When she is not at work, Pam enjoys morning coffee, chats with friends and family, church, a good book and a new TV series. She and her husband Shawn love to travel and make the most of the empty nest!
